It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It opens up directly to the patio, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a study room and 2 bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, guests will have the master bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom offers direct access to the balconies as well. The fourth bedroom is located on this floor, with direct access to one balcony, and it has an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home itself is on a quiet area surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes, but is just a moment’s walk to the excitement!
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
