It features a spacious and bright open space living area and kitchen, fully stocked and ready to be used. Guests will find a dining table, a sofa and armchairs. This area also opens up directly to the balcony. The bedroom is spacious and features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and a dedicated study room to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The study room also features a comfortable sofa bed sleeping one extra guest. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
